Atlas Lettings is a dynamic new  letting agent based in Edinburgh.  We specialise in giving you the product you want, by offering a quality service at a discounted rate.  Our team consists of experienced landlords who have gained their knowledge and technical expertise through running their own successful property portfolios for over twenty years.

We provide a friendly and professional service to both landlords and tenants, and pride ourselves on our customer care.  With our efficient and streamlined operation we keep our overheads to  a minimum and pass the benefits on to you.

Landlords are charged a flat fee of 10% VAT free for full management of their properties with no set up or advertising fee's. If you opt for self-management we charge a letting fee of  £199.00 VAT free. Tenants pay a deposit and a small administration fee on entry.

Landlords who are looking to retain complete control over their property can take advantage of our Advertise Only offer, which markets your property on the top advertising portals and passes all interested tenants on to you.We provide a free credit reference check and only charge £100 if our referal is successful.

Atlas Lettings provide a unique service to tenants looking for that special property.If we do not have the exact property you are looking for, we will source one for you at absolutely no cost to yourselves.
