• Perform reference and background checks on prospective tenants
• Complete all neccessary paperwork (Tenancy agreements etc.)
• Compile a detailed inventory
• Collect deposit and rent
• Carry out regular inspections of your property
• Arrange mandatory inspections (Gas Safety Check etc)
• Organise any necessary repairs for the duration of the tenancy.

Fee: Monthly charge of 10% rent VAT free with no set up, inventory or advertising fee's.

Let Only

• Market your property
• Carry out viewings
• Perform reference and background checks on prospective tenants
• Complete all necessary paperwork (Tenancy agreements etc.)
• Compile a detailed inventory
• Collect first month's deposit and rent
• The management of the property is then handed to you but we will still be available for free advice should you have any problems.  Your property will be kept on our data base should you require us to re-let it for you in the future.

Fee: A one-off charge of £199 VAT free.
