If you have seen a property you would like:

• Contact us and arrange to pay the deposit for this property. This will secure the property and allow us to take it off of the market for you.
• Inform us of your intended move in date. (10 days from the day you pay your deposit at the earliest).
• Provide us with contact details so we may obtain references from your Landlord and Full Time Employer

If you are working part time or you are a student:

You will need to provide us with a Guarantor (A UK citizen, living in the UK who will guarantee your rent for the lease period). If a guarantor cannot be provided we will require six months rent in advance.
